Blogtober Day 4: Describe Your Perfect Cosy Reading Nook

What’s your favourite place to read? And what does your dream personal library look like?

When it comes to perfect reading spots, there’s fantasy, and then there’s reality. In my imagination, there’s a dream library I would looove to have in my home. Just a separate room with bookshelves lining the walls and a nice comfy chair to read in. Just picture it. Shelves up to the ceiling. A ladder to reach the top shelves. A nice rug on the floor, and a cosy chair with bookish pillows. Maybe some nice prints on the spare wall space.

But I don’t have that type of space right now. I do, however, have a really comfortable rocking chair that I’ve lined with pillows and is my favourite place to read in. And one wall in my room is covered with bookshelves, so I guess that counts for something.

I have to admit, though, I’m not very picky when it comes to reading spots: I also love to read in any other comfy chair, or on the couch, or on my bed (which has tons of pillows as well), or, you know, in bed.
