Bullet Journalling

One of my New Year’s resolutions was to pick up bullet journalling. I did have a bullet journal already, but it had pretty thin paper and I pretty much used it to practise a little bit. But I got a gift card from my employer, so I thought I’d use it to buy a fancy bullet journal to start off the new year properly.

I finally decided on a Leuchtturm bullet journal, as my sister has one too and is very pleased with it.

Basically, I’m too lazy to actually use my bullet journal as a planner. So I mostly make spreads about *surprise, surprise* books, and also about mental health stuff.

For instance, I made a TBR spread for the classics I’d like to read this year, and one for the book box books I still haven’t read.

I also made a spread to keep track of my Harry Potter and Alice in Wonderland collections.

But not everything in my bullet journal is (entirely) bookish. As I wanted to also dedicate part of it to my mental health, I’ve made spreads for my goals of the year, selfcare activities, a mood tracker, and journal pages.

I’ve also dedicated some pages to empowering quotes.

Do you have a bullet journal? I’d love to hear how you use it and what your favourite sorts of spreads are!

  1. This is gorgeous. I don’t have a bullet journal. I’m not arty at all 😂 also when I buy diaries I never use them and am trying not to make lists at the moment. Just go with the flow as making lists hasn’t worked in the past. But I love the bullet journal idea. I’ve been sticking stickers on my calendar instead of using a diary this year.
